We use your personal information to:
• Deliver our coaching services, events, workshops, and courses

We will only ever contact you in good faith to share information we genuinely believe may be useful or relevant to you. You can opt out of marketing communications at any time (see ‘Your Rights’ below).
Our Legal Basis for Using Your Data
Under UK data protection law (UK GDPR), we need a lawful reason to use your personal information. The reasons we rely on are:
• Consent – you have given us clear permission to contact you for marketing purposes (e.g. by signing up to our newsletter or ticking a consent box).
• Contract – we need your information to deliver a service you have purchased or signed up for (e.g. a coaching programme, workshop, or event).
• Legitimate interest – we have a genuine business reason to use your information (e.g. improving our services or following up after an event), and this does not unfairly affect your rights.
• Legal obligation – we need to keep certain records to comply with the law (e.g. financial records for HMRC).
Who We Share Your Data With
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information with anyone.
We may share your data with trusted third-party service providers who help us run our business, but only where necessary. These may include:
• Payment processing – Stripe
• CRM, marketing, and communications – GoHighLevel
• Video conferencing – Zoom
• Website hosting, analytics, and productivity – Google (including Google Analytics, Google Workspace)
• Office and document management – Microsoft (including Microsoft 365)
• Messaging – WhatsApp, SMS providers
• Other tools and platforms we may use from time to time to deliver and improve our services
These providers only process your data on our behalf and under our instructions. They are not allowed to use it for their own purposes.
We may also share your data if required to do so by law or to protect our legal rights.
Cookies
Our website uses cookies – small files stored on your device – to help us understand how visitors use the site and to improve your experience. These may include:
• Essential cookies – needed for the website to work properly.
• Analytics cookies – help us understand how people use the site (e.g. Google Analytics).
• Marketing cookies – used to show you relevant content or offers based on your browsing.
You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings. Some parts of the website may not work fully if cookies are turned off.
How Long We Keep Your Data
We only keep your personal information for as long as we need it. As a general guide:
• Marketing data (e.g. newsletter sign-ups) – until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove you.
• Client and service records – for the duration of our working relationship and up to 6 years afterwards, to comply with HMRC and other legal requirements.
• Website usage data – typically retained for up to 26 months.
After these periods, we will securely delete or anonymise your data.
Where Your Data Is Stored
Your data is primarily processed and stored in the UK. However, some of the platforms we use – including Zoom, GoHighLevel, Google, Microsoft, Stripe, and WhatsApp – may store or process data outside the UK (for example, in the United States). Where this happens, we make sure appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your information in line with UK data protection law. This also applies to any other tools or platforms we may use in the future.
Your Rights
Under UK data protection law, you have the right to:
• Access – ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
• Correction – ask us to correct any information that is inaccurate or incomplete.
• Deletion – ask us to delete your personal information (where there is no legal reason for us to keep it).
• Restrict processing – ask us to limit how we use your data in certain circumstances.
• Data portability – ask us to provide your data in a format you can take to another provider.
• Object – object to us using your data for marketing or based on legitimate interest.
• Withdraw consent – if we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at: [email protected]
We will respond to your request within 30 days.
